Unable to view identified messages from added lexicon categories

+1 vote

Hi -

We added several lexicon categories to the Sensitive Lexicons section. This made it so the default view of ten categories did not display the final three categories. After either navigating to the second page of categories or changing the drop-down to display more than 10 categories, we are unable to click through to those additional three categories to view the identified messages. Our mouse pointer changes to a hand icon, but clicking on the category does not advance to the next screen.

We can still click through to view the first ten lexicon categories.

Hi Farrell and Tracy,

Thanks for writing. I've been able to reproduce this navigation issue and will report it to our developers.

Please note that if you select the Lexicon Category column heading about the list, you can get access to these categories.

Also note that you can also view the resulting messages under a given category by selecting that category under the "Lexicon" facets from the search results interface.

Hi Josh -

thanks. It looks like selecting the Lexicon Category column heading re-orders the categories, but the three additional categories (11-13) still did not let us click through.

After selecting another category, we can facet further, but only to view the messages that appear in both JOB category (e.g.) and (contract_salary).

Thanks for the follow-up message and additional information.
