Index/Fetching Error

Hello!

I have downloaded the latest version of ePADD, and extracted all the files. I used the three different converters suggested (though I did run into some issues with aid4mail) to convert a Jeb Bush folder (a very small subsection) and ran into the fetching/indexing error with each of those converted files. Tried with one single file as well, same error came up.

I then tried an enron file converted with libpst, on a different machine, and I had the same error box come up. This is what the log says: java.io.FileNotFoundException: \epadd-appraisal\user\data\indexes\emails_1.cfs (Access is denied)

What would be the best way to mitigate this, and what could I be doing incorrectly?
Thank you!

Hello!

I am using version 7 on a windows 10, 64 bit machine. Available RAM is about 26/32.

Would the origin impact the results, if I was having the same issue with Enron files?

Thanks!

ePADD is a software package developed by Stanford University's Special Collections & University Archives that supports archival processes around the appraisal, ingest, processing, discovery, and delivery of email archives.
