ePADD v3.0 beta 1 now available

0 votes

We are pleased to announce the availability of ePADD v3.0 beta 1, now on GitHub, https://github.com/ePADD/epadd/releases, and accessible through our project site, https://library.stanford.edu/projects/epadd/download.

This release includes a number of important updates, including the introduction of a Merge Entities interface, unique message IDs, additional search filters for attachment browsing and export, and more. The full release notes are available on Github.

Note that not all of the changes in this release are fully documented yet. Additional screen tips and updates to the documentation will accompany the final 3.0 release. Since this is a beta, there are bound to be some issues -- for instance, we are aware that updates in this release have temporarily broken the Authorities interface in Processing. We hope you will let us know if you discover other issues.

The complete change log can be found on GitHub, https://github.com/ePADD/epadd/releases.

We invite you to test out this beta version and report back any concerns or issues to us through these forums. Any sensitive messages can be sent directly to epadd_project@stanford.edu.

The final version of this release will be made available later this month. The updated user guide will also be shared at that time.
