I'm experiencing an issue where attachments appear to have different filenames in the application than they do in the epadd_appraisa/user/blobs folder.
The first image attached shows what ePADD shows as the attachment's filename: "1084.Duke University.pdf", while the second screenshot shows that the actual file is "1123.Duke University.pdf" and that 1084 points to a different file altogether. Because of this, clicking on an attachment in the web app directs to a 404 error screen. This seems to be the case across the entire accession.
This behavior is recent. During previous sessions, attachment links directed to the correct file. I'm not sure what might have triggered this behavior.
